Tracking
Every parcel is tracked. Once the carrier marks a parcel as delivered, responsibility passes to you — please use a delivery address where someone can receive it.
Lost, damaged or wrong items
If tracking stops moving for more than five working days, the box arrives damaged, or an item is wrong or missing, email info@novamedlife.com with a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We replace at our cost.
Returns
Because the products are temperature-sensitive and cannot be resold, all sales are final. The replacement guarantee above is the exception.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they are handed to the courier.
