Products are supplied for research purposes only and are not intended for human use. By ordering you confirm that you are at least 18, that you may lawfully receive the products where you live and that you have read the product information.
Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery costs are shown before you confirm the order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay; import duties outside the UK, where they apply, are the recipient’s responsibility.
Ordering and contract
An order is placed when you confirm it at checkout and the payment is authorized. We send an order confirmation by email. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we refund it in full.
Payment
Payment is taken through our payment provider’s secure page. We do not store card details.
Delivery
Ships from the UK. Orders placed before 14:00 ship the same working day. Delivery times are listed on the shipping page and are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns
Because the products are temperature-sensitive and cannot be resold, all sales are final. Items that arrive damaged, wrong or missing are replaced at our cost when reported with a photo within 7 days of delivery.
